Scope of Services. Through this Site, Adains Towing & Recovery markets and arranges Towing Service, Emergency Towing, Flatbed Towing, Car Lockout Service, Tire Change Service, Jump Start Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Adains Towing & Recovery and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Account Closure. Adains Towing & Recovery reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Adains Towing & Recovery makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Adains Towing & Recovery's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Adains Towing & Recovery against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in GA.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
